Please arrive alone, and on time, because there will be no waiting area available during these times.
You will be notified via text when it is your time to come in for your appointment.
You will be required to use hand sanitizer, which will be provided. If you do not wish to use hand sanitizer, you will be required to thoroughly wash your hands.
